Solano Slash is an African-centered weapon arts and mixed-weapons tournament happening on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Vallejo John F. Kennedy Library (505 Santa Clara Street, Vallejo, CA).

Event Schedule & Details

Morning Training (9:00 AM): A free, no-contact mini training session introducing historical African martial arts with provided African trainers. [1, 2]
Tournament (Later in the day): Competitive mixed-weapons events where participants must bring their own protective gear (strictly no sharps allowed). [, 2]
